Structural Characteristics

• As a direct start and stop control of the motor;
• Protective structure, with an insulating base made of thermosetting plastic, and a static contact fixed with screws and riveted with contacts on the base;
• The moving contact is a bridge-type contact made of copper-based alloy. With the help of the spring, the closing or disconnecting action is completed under the action of the start and stop buttons;
• Its operating buttons, support parts or three sets of moving and static contacts are fixed to the metal shell by brackets and insulating bases, and there are rubber sealing rings at the lead-out wires of the inner and outer shells;
• When it is necessary to start, press the “ON” start button, the start button is locked by the sliding piece and cannot return, and the self-locking effect is used to connect the circuit;
• When it is necessary to stop, press the “OFF” stop button, and the inclined surface of the sheet-shaped connecting rod pushes the sliding piece back, so that the start button is restored, the self-locking is released, and the circuit is disconnected.
