★Function 1: Overcurrent protection function. This protector automatically monitors the operating current after upgrading. Manual current addition and subtraction only needs to be pressed once to match the operating current. End is displayed to confirm that the protector begins to enter the protection state. Users do not need to press the current addition and subtraction. End is displayed 25 seconds after the load is connected to automatically learn the load operating current. At this time, it also enters the overload protection (please try not to operate).
According to the load running current or full load operation, 1.2 times the working current protection is generally selected. When the working current of the motor is ≥1.2 times, the protector will detect the working status of the motor. The protector will trip in 2-5 minutes, and the fault code prompts E2.3. When the working current of the motor is ≥1.5 times, the protector will detect the working status of the motor. The protector will trip in 3-8 seconds, and the fault code prompts E2.5. When the running current is greater than the rated current of the protector, the protector will trip and disconnect within 2 seconds, and the display will be E4. Note that the minimum recognition current of this protector is 1A (0.5KW) or more.
★Function 2: Phase loss protection function. When any phase of the motor is lost during operation, the mutual inductor senses the signal. When the signal triggers the electronic trigger, the trigger drives the release, thereby cutting off the power supply of the main circuit of the switch to protect the motor. Display E2.0 E2.1 E2.2.
★Function 3: leakage protection function, the leakage principle of this product is the working principle that the zero phase sequence current is not 0, the factory default is 100mA, when the system has a leakage current of more than 100mA, the protector will quickly disconnect the main circuit in 0.1s to protect the load-end equipment, and display E2.4. (The leakage function is turned on by default at the factory. If you want to turn off the leakage function, press the setting key to E00 and then press and hold the minute key until the display shows E44, indicating that the leakage function is turned off. At this time, if you want to turn on the leakage function, first restart the switch and then press the setting key to E00, then press and hold the hour key until the display shows E55, indicating that the leakage function is turned on).
★Function 4: Countdown function, the default is no countdown after the protector is powered on. If you need to set the working time, you can set it to 24 hours at the longest and 1 minute at the shortest. Customers can set it according to actual usage. If the user does not need a countdown, the time can be set to 3 zeros. This function must be reset every time it is used. (The countdown function is turned off by default when the company leaves the factory. To turn on the countdown function, first press the setting key until the display shows 3 zeros, and the last 2 zeros are flashing. At this time, press the hour key once for 1 hour, and press the minute key once for 1 minute. After setting the time, the switch will automatically trip and cut off the power supply when the time is up, and display E-1.0).
★Function 5: Over-voltage and under-voltage function, when the single equivalent power supply voltage exceeds the switch setting value “overvoltage AC280V” or “undervoltage AC165V”. When the 3 equivalent power supply voltage exceeds the switch setting value “overvoltage AC450V” or “undervoltage AC305V”, the switch will automatically trip and quickly disconnect the main circuit to protect the load-end equipment. Undervoltage displays E3.0, and overvoltage displays E3.1. (The over-voltage and under-voltage protection function is turned off by default when the company leaves the factory. If you want to turn it on or off, first disconnect the power supply at the input end of the switch, press and hold the hour button and then turn on the power. The screen displays “UON” for on and “UOF” for off).
★Function 6: no-load protection function. When the load running current is less than the no-load protection current set by the switch, the switch will automatically trip to protect the load-end equipment and display E2.6. (The no-load protection function is turned off by default when the company leaves the factory. To turn on the no-load protection function, first disconnect the power supply at the incoming line of the switch, long press the setting key and then turn on the power. When L is displayed on the screen, set the no-load current. The hour key is “+” and the minute key is “-”. After setting, turn off the incoming line power supply and then restart the switch. At this time, the switch has the no-load protection function. To turn off this function, follow the above steps to adjust the value after L to 0).
