This kind of contactor belongs to the terminal product which holding the following characteristics:normalization of installation,modularization of dimension,artistic appearance and safe for use, In addition, it adopts the equipment of direct-acting configuration.

Application instruction

Check whether the contactor agrees with the scope of application and the working condition before installation.
During the process of instaling, pull down the motion-stopping component and put the contactor on the safe orbit,then push up the motion-stopping component to fix the contactor on the safe orbit avoid loosening and dropping.Pull down the motion-stopping component if you want to remove the contactor.

Caution

Make sure the correct mode of connection
Screw down the binding screw during the connection.

Normal working and installation conditions

Ambient temperature:-5°C to +40°C,the average temperature no more than +35°C in 24 hours.
Altitude:no more than 2,000m.
Atmospheric condition: the relative humidity of the installation place should be no more than 50% when the manximum temperature is +40°C; if under a lower temperature, a higher relative humidity is allowed. The monthly average minimum temperature in the wetest month should not exceed +25°C and the monthly average maximym relative humidity of this month no more than 90%.Besides, the dew on the surface of oroducts caused by temperature change should be taken into consideration.·
Class of pollution: class 2.
Installation condition: class Il.
Installation mode: use the installation orbit of “Top Cap” section TH35-7.5 mould.

Operating Condition
Under the environmental temperature of -5°C~+40°C,puts rated controlling power voltage(Us) on the coil of contactor so as to make it heat to ready state,and the contactor wil close under any voltage in the range of 85%~110%.The voltage it releasing wil neither higher than 75% Us nor lowe than 20%(Us).
